Xinobi - Hawaii

Xinobi is Moulinex’s buddy from Portugal, with whom he created the label Discotexas.

He’s been crafting some very good tunes for a few years, but I’m all focused on his recently released EP today. “Best Of Me” is the title of this awesome record. 
If I have to describe the sound you’ll find here, I would say it’s a bit old school, but still sounds very modern though… You’ll see what I mean when you’ll hear it! 
I can recognize a lot of different influences in those four songs and it’s a real pleasure to hear what Xinobi can create with his background and his very own sensibility. Groovy!

The song for today will be “Hawaii”. First time I heard it, I couldn’t focus on anything else. I just wanted to pump up the volume and think I was in a club. 
It sounds vintage, it’s electrifying, it’s greatly produced… well, nothing I don’t like!
