Waldeck - Bei Mir Bist Du Schön (dub)

At this late hour on a sunday night I thought some chill-out music would be most welcome. That’s why I’d like to introduce a living lounge music legend, “Klauss Waldeck”. Waldeck is coming from Vienna, which should remind you of Parov Stelar. Same style, same city, same period…they must be friends.

The funny thing about Waldeck is that he started his career as a Copyright Lawyer and decided to further his career in music when George Harrison got sued for ripping off an old Motown tune, “Waldeck recounts, “I realized the way forward was to work a melody until it didn’t belong to anyone anymore.”

Today Waldeck has brought multiple albums, with some of them impossible to find on the market. However, if you want to taste some more, ”Ballroom Stories” is probably the most recognized of them all. You’ll find “Bei Mir Bist Du Schön” on that album.
